Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please allow approximately 7 to 12 business days from the date your order is placed to receive your package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, My Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim when possible.
